.about me.

You are in the .doodles. section of .the procrastination project.

Why is this here? What is all that stuff on the sidebar?

Tristan, Linques, Jitan, and Irae are characters in a story I'm writing. All the links in the sidebar will show you my character designs for them. Things that have nothing to do with City 15 are under different headings.

I made this page for my own amusement, not because I think my doodles are any good. That's why I don't call it art; I'm fully aware of how much I suck compared to people I actually admire.

I work in pen and ink and pencil. I have no technique, no skill, and very little talent. I use a Hunt's 107 nib, Speedball Acrylic Ink, and a mechanical pencil. Then I scan everything and Photoshop it to hell.

I don't claim to be nearly as good as Jhonen Vasquez, but I get by.

Okay, I don't know what I've done to deserve this, but somehow, I have fan art. Yep. Art of my characters not drawn by me... and in color! GO LOOK NOW. This development makes me gibber. More gibbering on the pages in question. Squee! Thanks, guys!

Some other boring stuff: Plan B, Collage, and the Tristan and Linques chibis have gone the way of the hinterlands. They sucked. No one will miss them. I thought I'd be deleting more of the suckage, but it seems I'm attached to some of them. 'Tis a pity.
